Protests and rallies, are they worthwhile, are they worth the effort, worth the time? Have any changes in Canadian politics ever been made or “un-made” thanks to a protest? Is it just hippies, activists and students that attend rallies? I didn’t really know so I set out with my camcorder and camera to find out. Today, I attended a rally on Parliament Hill. So there’s going to be a new player in the mobile market in Canada soon. Wind Mobile has done what I think is a first in Canadian business marketing: ask the people what they want in a mobile service, setup a website, kiosks and print information saying that you’re going to revolutionize the industry in Canada.  Tell everyone that the competition is awful with their crazy fees.  Print ads in newspapers like the Globe and Mail and tell everyone that almost half of all complaints to the Better Business Bureau have to do with mobile service woes.
